MOUNT CARROLL — The annual Carroll County 4-H and FFA Livestock Judging Contest had 154 4-H’ers and FFA members from eight counties participate in the event held March 18 at the Carroll County Highway Building. Participants judged three rings each of beef, sheep and swine. Each species had a production class, and the contest wrapped up with a questions class.
