Stolen vehicle in rural Mount Carroll investigated by Carroll County Sheriff

RiverReader.org staff The Carroll County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a burglary to a building in rural Mount Carroll that occurred in the area of Meyers Road and Skunk Hollow Road sometime between June 10 and 27.
