Who Are We?

We’re a local business that you once knew under another name: Tom and Lynn Kocal, Sarah and Robert Hanviriyapunt, Sarah is Tom and Lynn’s daughter.  We cover what’s going on in Carroll County.  We’ve been publishing in Carroll County for over 40 years, so we’re people you know.  We wanted to give the area an inexpensive way to connect, so here we are, ready to serve you once again.

Either you haven’t registered or you are advertising an unregistered business. Businesses can place classifieds free if they are registered advertisers.  Please see Advertise if you wish to advertise your business on RiverReader.
