Local Football Players Invited To Illinois High School Shrine Game

Two local football players have been invited to the 45th Annual Illinois High School Shrine All Star Football Game. The game will be played on June 15th, 2019, at 11am on the campus of Illinois Wesleyan at Tucci Stadium. Forreston’s Offensive Lineman Mitch Heinz has been invited, as well as EPC’s Defensive Lineman Addison Keltner. Forreston’s head football coach is Kyle Zick, and Eastland’s Head Coach is Jarod McNutt. Congratulations, Mitch and Addison! What an honor to be invited to this prestigious game. EPC Wildcatz to Take on the Orion Chargers

This coming Saturday, the EPC Wildcatz will be in Orion to take part in the IHSA Quarter Finals Football Competition against Orion. The game will take place at 1 p.m. on November 10th, 2018, and will be held at the Orion High School, 1002 11th Avenue, Orion, Illinois. EPC and Orion both have 11-0 records. EPC is ranked 59th in the state, and Orion is ranked 57th. Both teams have been very strong, offensively.
